  • What are the opening times?
    Doors open at 6:00pm. Last entry to The Kent Scareground is at 9:00pm, event closes at 11:00pm
  • Can I buy tickets on the door?
    Tickets are available to purchase on the door, however we strongly recommend prebooking your tickets online before the event to ensure entry. We cannot garantee this event willl not sell out.
  • Are there any age restrictions?
    This event is strictly for 14+ year olds. At least one adult per group must accompany 14-15 year olds during the Haunts. 16+ can be admitted to the Mazes on their own.
  • Is the event inside or outside?
    The nature of our event in outside so please prepare for the weather conditions, however we have built our mazes mostly under temporary cover.
  • Can I bring a bag?
    Yes you can bring a bag, however it will be checked upon entry and there are no locker facilities available on site. Our security team is in place for your own safety and wellbeing, we ask you to fully cooperate with all bag checks on arrival.
  • Banned items?
    Fireworks Weapons and realistic fake weapons Cameras in the Haunts Laser pens/ pointers Alcohol
  • Is wheelchair access available?
    Unfortunately due to the nature of the event our scare mazes are not suitable for wheelchair users, however the event in fully accessible.
  • Is there a discount for the disabled and carers?
    Visitors with the following documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket mirroring the full price purchased ticket. Documentation must be presented with valid photo ID: - Disability living allowance or Attendance Allowance Award Letter (dated within the last 6 months) - A headed letter from GP or Consultant (dated within the last 6 months) confirming the need for a full time carer.
  • Are there live actors?
    Yes, all of the mazes involve live actors.
  • Are dogs allowed to attend?
    No, with the exception of certified trained guide dogs.
  • I have not received my email confirmation or tickets, what should I do?"
    Please check your Junk and spam folders. During busy periods it can take up to 24 hours to receive your tickets, however after this time, if you haven't received your confirmation or tickets please contact us.
  • Can I take photos?
    Whilst in the mazes, recording devices and photography is strictly prohibited. However you are allowed to take photos outside of the mazes and of our street actors - we love this!
  • Will there be food and drink available to purchase? Can I bring my own?
    Alcohol is prohibited and will are removed during bag search. We have food and drink available to purchase onsite.
  • Can I pay by card on site?
    Yes card payments are preferred in our food outlets and merchandise stands.
  • Will there be toilets to use at the event?
    Yes there will be toilet facilities for you to use.
  • Is there parking onsite?
    Yes there is a free car park available. There will be parking attendants to show you where to go.
  • How long will it take to go through all of the mazes?
    Each maze will take you approximately 15-20 minutes each, therefore it should take you between 1 hour - 1 hour 30 mins for them all.
  • Will there be security at the event?
    Yes there will be security on site, please listen and follow any instructions that they give you. We ask you to fully cooperate with all bag checks on arrival.
  • Can I enter the event even if I don’t want to do any mazes? Is there a separate ticket for this?
    Yes, we have street passes available to purchase, which allows access into the Scareground, but not into any attraction.
  • Will the actors touch me?
    The actors may touch you within the Scare Mazes, but you are prohibited to touch them.
  • Can I come to KSG in costume and/or masks?
    We would LOVE to see your Halloween costumes and encourage you to be fully immersed in the occasion.
  • What should I bring to the event?
    When preparing for Kent Scareground, remember to bring your tickets and any necessary ID or verification for ticket validation. We've got you covered on food and drink with a wide variety of options available at the event.   • What should I wear?
    When attending Kent Scareground, it's important to dress appropriately for the weather. As an outdoor event, be prepared for potentially wet and cold conditions. Some parts of the mazes and queues are also located outside, so dress in layers and bring waterproof attire if needed. Stay comfortable and ready to embrace the chilling atmosphere as you navigate through the haunting attractions of Kent Scareground.
